Premise: Hybrid

Our game is a hybrid infinite runner/platformer game. We had plans to turn the player into a hybrid of the monsters they kill, however, as these things tend to go, we were unable to get everything in that we wanted.

Instructions: WASD to move, space to jump. Click to shoot (when you have the powerup). Run to the right to encounter enemies and gain points. Jumping onto enemies will kill them (but running into them will kill you!) There are 3 types of enemies that will drop their abilities when killed: A flying monster, a spider monster, and spiky monster. The flying monster shoots projectiles at you, and when killed will give you the ability to shoot as well. The Spider monster will jump up, potentially catching you off guard. Killing the spider monster will drop a buff which will let you jump 50% higher. The spiky monster will run towards the player while staying on the platform it spawned on. When killed, it will drop a buff which will allow you to collide horizontally with enemies to kill them. You may only have one buff at a time

A problem I ran into is that I didn't know you were able to double jump because there is a certain point during the fall that the player becomes unable to double jump. Not sure if it's a bug or not, but definitely something to look into
